Fitness Assessment

As part of the service you are supplied with a bespoke Personal Portfolio from which a training plan is created and provided, from these your individual fitness-goal setting, monitoring allow DG Personal Training to create a Fitness Assessment. We also strive try to educate you as we train but not baffle you with science. This experience will allow you the opportunity to take control of your own health, fitness and well-being.
